From there, we will develop our short term and long term goals, and create a road-map on exactly how we will get there.
Our counselling starts with a 1 hour comprehensive assessment to determine your current nutrition status, challenges, and your personal health values. We take a holistic look at health and wellness to truly understand where your nutrition and health concerns are.
From there, we will create a road-map of your care, both personalized and practical to help you learn to take care of your health from a place of intuition, empowerment and knowledge, build healthy habits, and fuel your body positively. We’re with you every step of the way.

Ignite Nutrition attended the Husky Wellness clinic back in October 2018.
