Want to level up your sports nutrition? Our dietitians can help. Our sports dietitians have extensive experience nutrition counselling in a variety of different sports. Having competed (or are currently competing) at a high level – our dietitians understand the discipline and challenges athletes face when fuelling well for sport – because they’ve been athletes too! In combination with personal experience and a high level of evidence based knowledge — they will work alongside you to optimize your nutrition for your sport.

    Comprehensive Assessment

    Our counselling starts with a 1 hour comprehensive assessment to determine your current nutrition status, challenges, and your personal goals with nutrition and sport. We take a holistic look at health and wellness to truly understand where your nutrition and health concerns are.

    Follow-up Appointments

    1 hour long follow up appointments to ensure we’re on track and build additional skills important to athletes – whether it be around energy management, hydration, particular sports goals, troubleshooting, and more.

  • Food Icon

    Resources & Menu Plans

    Access to resources, recipes, and pre-made menu plans as needed – to make behaviour change practical and achievable!

  • Investment Icon

    Investment

    Appointments are $200 per hour session, or $190 as a package/bundle of appointments. If you have access to extended benefits, your benefits plan may cover all or a portion of dietitian services. If not, keep in mind that dietitian services is a tax-deductible medical expense!
