About Casey Berglund
Hi, I'm Casey! I'm so glad you found your way here.
I'm a Registered Dietitian trained at the University of Alberta, with over a decade of experience supporting people in building a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. My work has always lived at the intersection of nutrition science and the whole person. I'm endlessly curious about how stress shapes digestion, how our relationship with food reflects how we feel about ourselves, and why healing and energy are rarely just about what's on the plate.
I'm not here to hand you a meal plan and send you on your way. I believe you already hold a tremendous amount of wisdom about your own body, and my job is to help you access it, while bringing my clinical expertise to the table. I'll always provide clear, practical nutrition guidance and we'll co-create every step.
Areas of focus:
- Digestive health and gut-brain connection
- IBS, bloating, and functional gut concerns
- Nervous system and its relationship to digestion
- Nutrition and mental health
- Nutrition for strength, muscle, and sport performance
- Nutrition as a foundation for leadership
- Women's health including perimenopause/menopause
- Healing your relationship with food
- Disordered eating/body image concerns
When it comes to gut health, I deeply respect its complexity—and I approach it knowing it rarely exists in isolation from your nutrition, nervous system, and health history.
I'm also a published author, TEDx speaker, yoga teacher, and certified professional coach for leaders and entrepreneurs. These aren't footnotes — they're part of why I show up to nutrition work the way I do.
If you're looking for a dietitian who will truly listen, ask good questions, and meet you where you are — I'd love to connect.
