About Morgan Meneghetti

Hi, I'm Morgan!

I’m a registered dietitian passionate about digestive health, with a special interest in sports nutrition. I love helping athletes of all ages and levels power their bodies to perform at -- and feel-- their best. Whether you're new to navigating physical activity or you're chasing big goals, I can help support you in learning how to eat and hydrate your way through training and everyday life.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a specialization in Dietetics from the University of Alberta and am registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta.

My practice is built on inclusivity-- a safe space where every human is encouraged to share their experiences and be authentically themselves. I pride myself on supporting sustainable changes that fit the context of your life without needing to overhaul it or alter what makes you unique. I believe in a weight neutral approach to counselling-- uncoupling the number on the scale and the shape of the body we live in from what it means to be nourished and healthy.

I specialize in:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Bloating
  • Celiac Disease
  • GERD
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease
  • Unusual gastrointestinal diagnoses
  • Pre-natal nutrition
  • Nutrition for fertility
  • Nutrition for disease prevention and management
  • Intuitive eating & food relationship
  • Sports nutrition – especially as it overlaps with digestive disorders
  • Nutrition for activity for all ages
  • Paediatrics - starting solids

No matter what you bring to the table, my goal is to support, uplift, and simplify nutrition to help you feel your best!
