Strawberry Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, or a low-FODMAP lactose free yogurt
  • ¾ cup washed and chopped fresh strawberries, or frozen
  • 2 tsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve with your favourite fruit or on top of granola.
