Ingredients

cup
Greek yogurt, or a low-FODMAP lactose free yogurt
¾
cup
washed and chopped fresh strawberries, or frozen

tsp
lemon

tbsp
brown sugar
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Serve with your favourite fruit or on top of granola.
