This quick 5-minute tzatziki recipe combines dairy-free coconut yogurt, diced cucumber and dill, and can be easily made low FODMAP diet friendly by simply substituting the minced garlic for low FODMAP garlic-infused oil. Notes
Make it low FODMAP: To make this recipe low FODMAP, remove the garlic and replace the 1 tbsp of regular olive oil with 1-2 tbsp of garlic-infused oil instead. Play with flavour: Try replacing half of the dill with mint for a more complex flavour profile.
