Peach and Prosciutto Grilled Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 BC Tree Fruits Peaches, sliced
  • 8 pieces of prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup of basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mozzarella, in slices
  • 4 pre-made flatbreads (I used naan)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Heat barbecue to ~300 degrees
  • Brush flatbread with olive oil
  • Top with torn pieces of prosciutto, sliced peaches, mozzarella
  • Place on grill for ~5 minutes or until cheese melts
  • Top with basil and a drizzle of balsamic
  • Enjoy!
