About Sam Wilson

Hi I’m Sam!

I completed my Bachelors of Science with Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics at Brescia University College. While I was becoming a dietitian, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. This led me to be interested in all things GI. In living through this diagnosis, I realized how important it is for a patient to understand their diagnosis and receive good care.

Advocating for my patients is what I do best; I am deeply committed to championing the cause of my patients. As a trusted registered dietitian, I can help be a voice for their nutritional needs and concerns, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance necessary for their journey to optimal health. Whether it's working with you to craft a personalized nutrition plan or providing education on sustainable lifestyle changes, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I work with.

In my training and career, I have had a broad spectrum of experiences that fueled my passion for delivering comprehensive and empathetic care to individuals facing health challenges. These diverse exposures equipped me with the ability to navigate the complexities of nutrition in different clinical settings.
