About Chloe Harrison

Hi, I’m Chloe Harrison, a registered psychologist providing in-person and virtual services in Alberta.

I use a holistic and evidence-based approach that is tailored to each individual client and their goals. I place great importance on developing a safe, trusting, and non-judgemental environment for my clients to learn, grow, and move forward on their journeys to greater wellbeing.

I believe that mental, physical, and emotional health are closely intertwined, and using knowledge about digestive health and the gut-brain connection, I strive to help clients create balance and comfort in these areas.

I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and I incorporate stress-management, mindfulness, and relaxation skills that help clients to make progress both in and outside of therapy sessions.
