Weekly Meal Plans to get YOU started!

Sometimes, meal planning and prep can be a DRAG. I’ve created several quick and easy meal plans, with recipes and grocery lists to get YOU started on the journey to healthy eating!

Ok. As a general rule, I don’t believe in meal plans as an answer to your nutrition problems. Habits won’t change for the long term, if you don’t learn the skills to maintain your nutrition changes on your own.

Meal plans CAN fit as part of your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

 

Meal plans are for you if:

  • you want to streamline healthy eating.
  • you’re short on time – to plan, organize, and cook.
  • you want to kick start a healthy eating habit.
  • you’d like to expand your cooking skills, and recipe bank.
  • you’re just not sure what to eat that is healthy.

They’re not for you if:

  • you’re picky – then learning to meal plan with dietitian support is a MUST.
  • your schedule is in major flux.
  • you rely on them solely to guide your nutrition decisions and education. (read: you should be learning healthy habits – cause I guarantee you won’t stick to a ‘plan’ forever. It’s just not human nature!)
